With the Jingle Bell Run fast approaching (first of December), I decided that I needed to get in gear and start running. Last week was Week 1 of Couch to 5K and I survived. Today, I started Week 2. And Bruno tagged along/has been my running partner, although he won’t be running in the actual 5K with me, but I wanted to start him off slowly with me.
September 8, 2008…Note to Self: Running makes you aware of muscles you didn’t know you had… Ouch!
